I was born in Manhattan. And I grew up in the big apple.
At an early age I was exposed to music by my parents.
My mom was a big fan of Spanish love songs,
and my dad was a big fan of Salsa.

By the time I was seven years old I wanted a drumset.
I finally got one when I was 14. I began to play in bands.
Then one day my great friend John De Luca said to me
that I needed to be in the front of the stage and not
behind a drumset.

John loved my voice and he convinced me to give singing
a chance. So I took lessons and practiced almost everyday.
It turns out that I love to sing in Spanish the most.
The words and the way they sound are so beautiful.

I also found myself wanting to play guitar and piano.
So I started to practice those instruments as well.
Today, I am constantly recording for some very talented
song writers.

I go from singing on dance tracks to passionate ballads.
Which has finally brought me to you.

with lots of love,
Frankie Ray
